The purpose of this panel is to present and discuss the new trends, approaches, and language used to address DEI in organizations. Panelists will give a brief overview of the evolution of their products and services based upon the historical attitudes and appetite for DEI and discuss the past shortcomings in addressing and overcoming those attitudes. They will then offer shifts or changes that are necessary to help solidify DEI’s place as a top priority for business leaders, review potential risks of shifting approaches and language, and offer practical solutions to mitigate them.
