Overview Blacks in I/O Psychology, Inc. values the contributions of volunteers and aims to create a streamlined and effective intake process. This process ensures that volunteers are well-matched to roles and fully integrated into our community. We accept volunteer applications year-round, with quarterly application reviews and onboarding sessions. Volunteer Onboarding Sessions Held in the third week of January, April, July, and October. Please navigate to our events page to register for the next session. To ensure that our new volunteers have the best experience possible, we offer quarterly onboarding sessions. These sessions are designed to introduce you to our organization, its mission, and values, as well as provide you with an understanding of the work we engage in. You will also have the chance to meet other new volunteers and current members, providing you with a sense of community as you join our organization as an official volunteer. Volunteers receive a slide deck and/or handbook outlining their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. You can register below and get all the information you need to join us. We look forward to having you as a part of our team and working together to make a positive impact in our community. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Blacks in I/O Psychology! 2024
