The Blacks in I/O Psychology (BIOP) 2nd Annual Conference will be held in Baltimore, MD, on February 20-21, 2025. The theme for this year is "Harboring Innovation: Shaping Tomorrow’s Workplace." This event is dedicated to fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking within organizations, aiming to redefine how work is conducted in the future. It emphasizes the importance of supporting new ideas, technologies, and practices that will transform the traditional workplace into a more dynamic, efficient, and adaptable environment. Attendees will explore innovative approaches to work processes, employee engagement, and organizational structures to meet the evolving needs and challenges of the modern workforce. The conference includes access to all sessions, breakfast and lunch on both days, and a ticket to the annual gala, which features dinner.
