Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the workplace, and I/O Psychologists are uniquely positioned to help organizations navigate this shift responsibly and effectively. Join us for an interactive roundtable discussion exploring the evolving role of I/O professionals in shaping ethical, human-centered AI implementation.

Whether you are currently working with AI tools or looking to better understand their impact, this roundtable offers an opportunity to share perspectives, learn from peers, and explore the future of our field.
