The Workmind Collective: An BIOP Conference Proposal Think Tank is an interactive, working session where Industrial–Organizational researchers and practitioners collaboratively develop and refine BIOP conference proposals that translate science of work into high-impact presentations.

Participants will bring emerging ideas, partially drafted submissions, or existing projects and work in small-group “proposal labs” to clarify audiences, sharpen learning objectives, and strengthen evidenced-based contributions.

The session emphasizes shared problem-solving, peer feedback, and practical takeaways so attendees leave with more compelling proposals and a clearer strategy for positioning their work within the broader I-O psychology community.
