The Sustainable I/O Psychologist: Aligning Values, Work, and Wellness in Evolving Roles Black I/O psychologists often navigate multiple professional roles, such as consultant, leader, researcher, practitioner, while also contending with systemic barriers and identity-based stressors. This interactive workshop introduces the People–Purpose–Performance Map™, a research-informed framework for aligning values, relationships, and work demands in ways that promote resilience and effectiveness. Participants will engage in guided reflection and practical exercises to clarify alignment gaps, strengthen boundaries, and design wellness-driven strategies for long-term sustainability. Attendees will leave with tools to protect their well-being while advancing equity and impact in their organizations and consulting practices.
