 Dr. Alecia Bracy is the owner of InterOrg, LLC, an organizational  development consulting firm. She leads and partners  with experienced professionals with over 20 years  driving excellence in the workplace. She has worked  with a diverse portfolio of corporate, government, and  non-profit organizations. Her Strategy Shark Boot-camp  customizes your services based on collecting and  analyzing organizational data. The foundation of her  work is based on her scholarly research in the areas of  Leadership Development with African Americans and  other BIPOC groups in the workplace from Capella  University and UNC-Greensboro. She is currently  presenting various Diversity, Equity, Inclusion,  Belonging, and Justice topics at professional  conferences.
