Description: The purpose of this presentation is for students and I/O professionals to work on their professional development including personal KSAs. Also, to establish and consistently reinforce who they are and what they stand for in their career and personal life.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from theUniversity of Phoenix in Human Services, her master's degree in I-O Psychology from Bellevue University, and her SHRM-CP credential from the Society of HumanResource Management. She began her professional career in 2008 educating the LGBTQIA+ community on available resources in El Paso, Texas. Jennifer holds over15 years of business administration and organizational development experience. In Jennifer's current role as a Learning and Development professional at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, she leads interdepartmental DE&I discussions, striving to amplify diverse
voices, create equitable processes, and include those who have generally been excluded. Jennifer's research in employee engagement was published in 2021, titled Employee Engagement: Crisis Effects on Remote OfficePersonnel. Jennifer is also a member of the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP),Professionals in Human Resource Association (PIHRA),Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a guest lecturer at Cal State North Ridge discussing I-O Psychology and DE&I topics. Jennifer combines her passion for human behavior with corporate business strategies and organizational development to be a more impactful presence, capable of creating social change and driving business results.
