About Our Panelists:

Leah Ellison, Ph.D.

Leah Ellison, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant with Korn Ferry's Assessment and Succession team, based out of the Washington D.C. area. At Korn Ferry, Leah works with many different types of organizations to identify and develop talent through assessment and coaching. Prior to her current role, she worked for an external consulting firm to develop and validate assessment solutions for various clients. Additionally, her former experience as a Research Analyst entailed working with various government agencies to develop assessments and deliver product solutions to improve organizational climate health within the U.S. Department of Defense. Leah received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She previously served on the Board of the Personnel Testing Council Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW) and is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). 





Angela Lee, Ph.D.


Angela Lee, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist at HumRRO where she directs projects and tasks involving the development and validation of selection and credentialing assessments, including knowledge tests, situational judgment tests, structured interviews, training and experience measures, and simulations. She is skilled in performing job analysis, facilitating workshops with SMEs, conducting statistical analyses, and writing technical reports for clients in the public and private sector. She has conducted research on leadership, performance, and self-other agreement. Angela received her Ph.D. in IO Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has served on the Board of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW) for several years.

Fatima Terry, M.A.


Fatima Terry is a Talent Management Digital Expert at the U.S Digital Service Agency under the Executive Office Branch of the President. Fatima has built her career on specializing in organizational development and workforce strategies to improve organizational health and competitive performance. As a first generation immigrant from Peru and the first female in her family to hold an advanced degree, she is a strong advocate for equity and accessibility across marginalized and underrepresented groups. In her spare time, she serves on two executive boards that aim to empower and mobilize women in the workplace and connect the Latinx community with the I-O industry talent pipeline. Fatima brings a decade of experience working with different types of organizations and leadership styles, especially in the federal and advanced technology sectors. She holds a M.A. in Industrial Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from New Jersey City University.
