Britni originally wrote this training for a client who wanted a specific group of their employees to develop the needed skills to get noticed and placed into their Leadership Track. Sharpen Up introduces you to three buckets of skills you'll need for a career in leadership- Technical, Human, and Conceptual. You'll learn when and how to sharpen each type of skill, and get a chance to strategize for both today and along your career arc down the road. Through this presentation you'll practice some of the skills and also get a link to a free Leadership Skills Assessment, to help you make decisions about your next best move!

Session format: Workshop/Training

  • Leadership Development
  • Career Advancement

Target Audience:

  • Open to all audiences
