Brief Biography
My expertise as an organizational strategy and leadership consultant is focused on developing, implementing, and managing transformation initiatives. I value partnering with my clients to create performance-based solutions geared toward driving positive change within their organizations. I have a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently, I am enrolled at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as a doctoral candidate. My qualitative dissertation aims to highlight the effects leadership trust has on employee motivation and identification within Fortune 500 companies. My goal is to collaborate with leaders on initiatives that enhance organizational health and culture, developing leaders, fostering psychological safety, and change management.
