Brief Biography
Solice Williams-Lloyd, is a Human Resources professional specializing in benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. She has supported organizations across nonprofit, healthcare, and corporate sectors, with expertise in FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and retirement plan management. Solice is also the founder of Color Wheel Consulting LLC, where she partners with leaders to design people-centered HR frameworks and organizational development strategies. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
