Brief Biography

I am the "Strategy Shark", because I have over 20 years developing strategic plans for corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. I am currently the Vendor Diversity Specialist for a community college in North Carolina. I have been the founder and owner of InterOrg, LLC, a consultant firm that focused on developing a diverse portfolio of clients to educate, engage, develop, and empower their workforce to feel like they are seen, heard, and belong. I specialize in assisting Corporate, Government, and nonprofit organizations by building and supporting relationships with their leadership.
