Ashley McCormick, M.A.
Hogan Independent Consultants Network Consultant
Ashley is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist working with independent consultants and coaches to recommend the best solutions for their business needs while also offering thought partnership and assessment interpretation support for clients. She manages various projects with the ICN team to create and implement solutions to better assist potential and current clients. She also facilitates Hogan certification workshops to the public and private organizations.
Ebenezer Edema-Sillo, M.A.
Hogan Data Science Intern
Ebenezer is a 5th year doctoral candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston. He is also currently serving his second consecutive year as a Product Innovation intern at Hogan Assessments. His primary research areas include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Group Decision Making, and Leadership. His most recent project entails using relative weights analyses to examine the most important personality predictors of Artificial Intelligence (AI) attitudes and use for managers and non-managers. Prior to joining Hogan, he was the lead research assistant on an NSF-funded grant dedicated to studying sources of bias and inequity in the US-based promotion and tenure system.
Ivy Grossberg, M.A.
Ivy is a fourth-year PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston, working under the advisement of Dr. Bradley Brummel. Her research interests include occupational health psychology, leader behaviors, performance, and personality. Her most recent projects entail contributing to custom client research projects including job analyses, validity generalizations, competency modeling, and surveys.
