A copy of the current financial statement of Blacks in I/O is available by emailing founders@blacksinio.org. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534. The amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money (and the value of any property other than money) contributed over the fair market value of goods.
