Brief Biography
Dr. Natasha Koonce is an accomplished Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in organizational development, data governance, and strategic leadership. She is the founder and lead I/O psychologist at Wilko Innovative Solutions, where she provides evidence-based consulting to enhance workforce performance and organizational effectiveness. Dr. Koonce has led large-scale cross-functional initiatives in both public and private sectors, most notably identifying 95% of data stewards within the Defense Health Agency and facilitating over 50 governance meetings annually.

Her background includes roles as a research psychologist and program evaluation expert with firms such as Global Systems Engineering and SAIC, where she applied psychological principles and data analysis to improve federal programs and team dynamics. In addition to her consulting work, she serves as an adjunct psychology instructor at Craven Community College, sharing her expertise in human behavior and motivation with students.

Dr. Koonce holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and is a certified psychiatric technician. She is a long-standing member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and brings a deep commitment to ethical practice, psychological safety, and mission-driven outcomes.
