Taylor is a strategic leadership consultant, executive coach, and higher education expert with more than 20 years of experience advancing organizational effectiveness across academic, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She is the founder and principal consultant of Taylor Strategic Consulting, LLC, where she specializes in leadership development, organizational strategy, and executive advisory services.

Dr. Taylor’s professional background includes senior leadership roles in student affairs and student conduct, where she guided institutions through compliance, accreditation, and cultural transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans talent development, change management, and equity-informed leadership practices, with a particular focus on cultivating resilient leaders and sustainable organizational systems.
